Discussing the challenges that exist in working in schools serving immigrant or refugee populations and creating connections with school leadership across the sector to develop relational capacity and share best practices for families and students.

Childhood Trauma Professional Learning Community    
Addressing the challenges we all know exist in working in urban schools, but more importantly, exploring solutions in how to best work with students exposed to trauma and stress.

Attracting Quality Talent Professional Learning Community    
This collaborative professional learning community focuses on building strong cultures that support and develop educators.  With challenges such as teacher shortages and high turnover rates, members of this PLC will brainstorm strategies to attract teachers to the profession as well as to your building through clear and concise value propositions. Further, this PLC will work through support structures that create a culture of feedback and empowerment to all inside the school, ensuring all know the value they bring.
